The client – a national window and door manufacturer – wanted to replace their expensive user-generated content platform with something more cost-effective at scale. Unique to this client was a national network of affiliates looking to approve all content pushed to their individual sites.
A custom-designed and developed application within the client’s existing Sitecore content management platform. This application, leveraging Microsoft’s Azure Machine Learning technology, expedited the customer review process while giving affiliates control over their own websites. All of this was achieved using a solution that provided just a 10-month payback period.
