The Challenge

A globally known cosmetics manufacturer encountered challenges as they balanced corporate governance, local advertising, and measurement consistency across their world-wide digital channels.

The Solution

After speaking with stakeholders across client ad agencies, marketing departments, and corporate IT groups, a solution was proposed – and implemented – introducing a new set of processes across digital properties. These processes allowed several regional options for how the brands would interact with their ad agencies, and approve changes to web and ad analytics. Facilitated and enforced by Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM), the end solution integrated multiple localized analytics solutions, dozens of advertising pixels, and multiple Advertising agencies.
